Valentina Cordero Dávila

Valentina Cordero Dávila is a Miami-based holistic wellness specialist, flower ambassador, vegan chef, and nutritionist. She studied in France at the academies of Paul Bocuse in Lyon and Marie Blanche in Paris. Valentina lived in Napa Valley, California, where she worked at Bouchon Bakery, chef Thomas Keller's pastry shop, and Étoile, Domaine Chandon's Vineyard restaurant, among other well-known restaurants. Furthermore, Valentina worked for private clients such as tennis player Serena Williams. 


Furthering her passion for using good nutrition as a wellness tool, Valentina continued to expand her knowledge in the field with specialized studies in Nutrition and Healthy Living at Cornell University.


In her successful 15-year career as a vegan chef, Valentina specialized in superfood desserts with edible flowers. In 2021, following her personal wellness journey, Valentina decided to expand her company to share the benefits of flowers beyond their application in food. “I had been using flowers in my own journey and was able to experience the incredible transformative impact flowers have and wanted to share that with the world.”
